Power Pak 蔓越莓

These dissolve in water with just the right amount of fizz, and the tart cranberry taste makes it easy to down even on days I’m not feeling great. It’s become my go-to for a quick boost after a sweaty workout, and the fact that each little packet packs 1,200 mg of vitamin C is a solid bonus.

The 1,200 mg of vitamin C per packet is exactly what I was looking for, and the effervescent fizz makes it feel less like a chore. It’s become my go-to morning pick-me-up when I know I’m not eating enough fruits or veggies that day.

The little packets dissolve fast and don’t leave that chalky aftertaste I’ve dealt with before, which makes the daily dose of zinc and selenium actually palatable. I keep a few in my gym bag and they’ve become a no-brainer post-workout pick-me-up.
