鎂錠

I’ve been taking these every morning with breakfast and my energy feels steadier through the afternoon, which I didn’t expect from just a magnesium supplement. The blend of different magnesium sources in one tablet is a thoughtful touch.

These tablets are surprisingly easy to swallow, and the blend of different magnesium sources seems to be doing the trick—my energy levels feel steadier and I'm not waking up with that heavy, tired feeling. I've already ordered a second bottle.

I’m three weeks into a bottle and my sleep quality has improved noticeably—the multi-source blend seems gentler on my stomach than other magnesium I’ve tried. These tablets are easy to swallow and I haven’t missed a single dose, which is saying something for me.
