Sink + Vitamin C

I’ve been chewing two of these right after lunch for three weeks now, and the convenience is unbeatable—no water, no pill bottle, just a quick citrusy crunch that tastes better than most gummy vitamins. My energy feels steadier through the afternoon, which I’m crediting to the combo.

I was a bit skeptical about chewable vitamins, but these have a mild sweetness that makes taking them feel less like a chore. I've been using them for a couple weeks now and the bottle is easy to toss in my bag for a quick dose at work.

The chewable texture is actually pleasant, not chalky like some other supplements I've tried. It's made it way easier to keep up with taking zinc and vitamin C daily, since I can just pop one without needing water.
