Seng Ionik

I've been cycling through different zinc supplements for years, but the ionic form here really seems to absorb without the stomach upset I usually get. It's a rich concentrate, so one tiny dropperful under the tongue is all I need, and the added trace minerals are a nice bonus.

The liquid form makes it so easy to measure out a few drops in the morning, and I’ve noticed steadier energy through the afternoon without that jittery crash I used to get. The added trace minerals are a nice bonus since I’m not great at eating a varied diet, and it’s gentle on my stomach.

Dropped a few drops under my tongue this morning and the liquid texture absorbs way faster than the capsules I used to choke down. The added trace minerals in the mix feel like a solid bonus for the price.
