The potassium and magnesium combo is exactly what I needed after long runs—my cramps have completely stopped. I mix it with water and it dissolves fast, no gritty chunks at the bottom. I’ve already bought a second canister.

The ancient sea salt and coconut water combo makes this taste noticeably smoother than other mixes I've tried, and the magnesium actually seems to calm my muscles after a long run. A single canister lasts me a solid two weeks of daily use.

I’ve been adding this to my water bottle after morning runs and the magnesium really seems to help with the post-workout cramping I used to get. The mix dissolves clean without that chalky grit you often find in electrolyte powders.
