Magnesium-kosteusvoide

I've tried other magnesium sprays that leave a sticky film, but this lotion rubs in clean and doesn't dry my skin out. The non-greasy texture is a huge plus, and I can feel the muscle tightness in my shoulders ease up within minutes of massaging it in.

Been dealing with muscle cramps for years and this magnesium lotion is the first thing that's actually helped. I rub a dime-sized amount into my shoulders after a shower and the absorption is quick, no sticky residue. Definitely worth trying if you're skeptical about topical magnesium.

The lotion absorbs fast without that greasy feel, which is exactly what I needed. I’ve been rubbing it into my shoulders after workouts and the magnesium chloride really seems to do the trick.
