The fizz when these dissolve is actually kind of fun, and I've been reaching for one every morning since they arrived. The tablets are small enough to toss in my gym bag, so I don’t skip my magnesium even on busy days.

I usually dread taking supplements, but this fizzy magnesium actually tastes good enough that I look forward to it. The tablets dissolve completely in a glass of water without leaving that chalky grit at the bottom, which makes it super easy to get my daily mineral fix even when I'm traveling.

These fizzies dissolve super fast in cold water, which makes them my go-to for a quick magnesium boost after workouts. The flavor is genuinely pleasant, not chalky like the capsules I used to choke down.
