I’ve been adding a few squirts to my water bottle during long runs and it does exactly what it says—keeps me going without that heavy sports drink taste. The concentrate mixes in clear, so it doesn’t alter the flavor of whatever I’m drinking.

The squeeze top makes it easy to add drops mid-run without fumbling with the cap. A few drops in my water bottle before spin class kept me going strong, and I didn't feel that heavy, salty aftertaste I've had with other mixes.

I toss a few squirts into my water bottle before my morning run and I've noticed I don't hit that wall halfway through anymore. It's flavorless enough that it doesn't ruin my drink, which is exactly what I needed.
