مغنيسيوم سائل

I’ve been adding a dropperful to my morning water and the taste is genuinely pleasant, not chalky or metallic like other supplements I’ve tried. The magnesium citrate and chloride blend seems to absorb well, and I’ve noticed my legs cramp less at night without any stomach upset.

The glass bottle arrived intact and the dropper makes dosing a breeze—just a quick squeeze into my evening water. I’ve been taking it for two weeks and the citrate-chloride blend sits easy on my stomach, which is a big win for me.

I was skeptical about liquid magnesium since I usually take pills, but this one mixes easily into my morning water and doesn't leave that chalky aftertaste. The blend of citrate and chloride seems to absorb nicely, and I've felt less twitchy in my legs by evening.
