اليود الأيوني

I dropped two drops in my morning water and didn’t notice any metallic taste, which surprised me. The 225mcg per serving is easy to measure with the dropper, and the bottle should last a while.

It’s nice to finally have a concentrated liquid iodine that doesn’t taste like battery acid, and that 225mcg per dropper is easy to measure out without any fiddly pills. The trace minerals in there are a solid bonus too, and I've noticed more consistent energy since I started taking it mornings.

The dropper makes it easy to get the 225mcg dose exactly right every morning. I've noticed my energy stays steadier through the afternoon since I started using it, and the liquid form absorbs fast under my tongue.
